1What can be refunded
Money you topped up and have not spent yet can be refunded. Minutes already used cannot.
2How to ask
Open Wallet → Refunds and choose the amount. You get an email when the refund is done or if it is declined, with the reason.
3How long it takes
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 14 days.
