1About these terms

These terms apply when you use Time Sellers: the Studio, the Market, Timi, and every AI app opened through the platform. By creating an account you agree to them.

Time Sellers is run by Time Sellers sp. z o.o., ul. Przykładowa 1, 00-001 Warszawa, Poland. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected].

2Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You can add a password, but the code always works. Keep access to your mailbox: it is how we confirm payments, agreements and deletion.

Your handle and account type are chosen at sign-up and cannot be changed later.

3Wallet and payments

AI apps are paid by the minute from your wallet. You top up the wallet in advance, manually or automatically. Each top-up is confirmed by email with the agreement you accepted.

If your balance runs out, your AIs stop. If a payment is reversed, your wallet may be frozen until the amount is settled.

4Using AI apps

Each AI runs in its own space. With Remember me on, its data is kept while it sleeps, for a small hourly fee. With Remember me off, its data is kept for about 24 hours after you last used it.

You are responsible for what you ask an AI to do and for checking its work before you rely on it.

5Fees set by creators

Creators who publish an AI on the Market set a fee per minute. A new fee applies to new launches only; people already using the AI keep the fee they agreed to.

6Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Account removal, once your wallet is empty and no payments are pending. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.

7Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the country where you live. Before going to court, write to us; most problems are solved by email.
